PAYMENT METHODS

A fast and secure payment method that requires only the card details and identity confirmation.

  1. Proforma Invoice

Customers can choose to pay via bank transfer based on a proforma invoice. Once the order is placed, a proforma invoice will be sent to the provided email address. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

DELIVERY

We partner with a reputable logistics company to ensure safe and efficient delivery of large-sized products. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of processing. However, due to the size of shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product type and quantity. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • The lowest shipping cost applies to sample orders.
  • Standard shipping rates vary based on the number of items purchased.
  • Custom-made products (e.g., cut-to-size boards) may have higher shipping costs, ranging from €99 to €1000, depending on size and destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders on Yutra.eu. All products must be paid for in advance using the available payment methods.
