These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and non-Consumer Customers who use the Online Store to use services provided electronically and enter into Sales Agreements.

a) Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses services provided electronically or has entered or intends to enter into a Sales Agreement with Salag.

b) Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with Salag not directly related to their business or professional activity.

c) Terms and Conditions – these regulations governing the rules for providing services electronically and selling goods and services through the Online Store.

e) Salag – Salag Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Suwałki, ul. Szafirowa 5, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division under number 0000992485, NIP: 8441941084, REGON 790744763, share capital: 1,000,000 PLN.

f) Sales Agreement – agreement for the sale of goods or services concluded between Salag and the Customer through the Online Store.
