These Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing services electronically and selling goods and services by Salag Sp. z o.o. through the Online Store available at: https://www.yutra.eu/.
These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and non-Consumer Customers who use the Online Store to use services provided electronically and enter into Sales Agreements.
a) Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses services provided electronically or has entered or intends to enter into a Sales Agreement with Salag.
b) Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with Salag not directly related to their business or professional activity.
c) Business Customer with Consumer Rights – an entrepreneur who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity.
d) Terms and Conditions – these regulations governing the rules for providing services electronically and selling goods and services through the Online Store.

Szafirowa 5, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division under number 0000992485, NIP: 8441941084, REGON 790744763, share capital: 1,000,000 PLN.
g) Sales Agreement – agreement for the sale of goods or services concluded between Salag and the Customer through the Online Store.

Payment processing is handled by secure payment providers in accordance with applicable regulations and security standards. The Customer will be redirected to the selected payment provider's secure page to complete the transaction.
After successful payment, the Customer will receive payment confirmation via email. The order will be processed after payment verification.
All prices in the Online Store are listed in Euro (EUR). Payments are processed in Euro.
The Online Store delivers products to all European Union member states.

Consumers and Business Customers with Consumer Rights have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified in points 1.3 and 1.4 below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Salag of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The Customer may use the model withdrawal form available on the website, but it is not obligatory.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal from the contract are borne by the Customer.
Salag will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Salag), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Salag is informed about the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Salag will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
Salag may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods back or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If Salag does not respond to a complaint within this period, it shall be deemed accepted.
Consumers and Business Customers with Consumer Rights have legal rights regarding conformity of goods with the contract, which are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
For Business Customers not qualifying as Business Customers with Consumer Rights, the statutory warranty for defects is excluded.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable EU privacy laws. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

The Online Store may use profiling of personal data for the following purposes:
Profiling may influence the range of products presented to the Customer, discount offers, and marketing communications they receive. The Customer has the right to object to profiling at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2025.
All agreements are governed by Polish law and EU regulations regarding consumer protection and e-commerce.
