Wysokość listwy dobiera się głównie estetycznie do wielkości pomieszczenia: niższe listwy (60 mm) sprawdzają się w mniejszych, kameralnych wnętrzach, wyższe (80–100 mm) lepiej komponują się w większych pomieszczeniach z wysokimi sufitami i bardziej wyrazistą stylistyką.

Do prostych łączeń listwy Alpha (poza rozmiarem 65 mm, który ma dedykowany łącznik) stosuje się klej cyjanoakrylowy CX80 – szybko wiąże i daje trwałe, estetyczne połączenie bez widocznego mocowania mechanicznego.

Listwa Alpha ma opatentowany system montażu i można ją zamontować na trzy sposoby: na klipsy montażowe (bez narzędzi i bez kleju), na klej montażowy albo na wkręty. Klipsy są najwygodniejsze przy samodzielnym montażu i pozwalają zdjąć listwę bez uszkodzenia ściany, np. przy dostępie do przewodów w komorze kablowej. Klej sprawdza się tam, gdzie listwa ma być zamontowana na stałe. Wkręty stosuje się przy trudnym podłożu lub gdy zależy nam na najmocniejszym mocowaniu. Niezależnie od metody system zapewnia stały docisk profilu do ściany i podłogi, dzięki czemu nie powstaje szczelina.
